LIMITED WARRANTY
All BH bicycles are sold exclusively through our network of authorized dealers who we entrust with professional assembly and service of your bicycle. BH Bikes provides each original retail purchaser of a BH bicycle a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, as stated below:
BH frames sold in the USA and Canada are covered against defects in workmanship and materials for as long as the frame is owned by the original owner, excluding paint and decals. This warranty is subject to approval by BH Bikes and is valid only for bicycles damaged under normal use and conditions with proper proof of purchase. This limited warranty covers defective materials and workmanship in manufacturing only. This warranty is void if the frame has not been purchased new and from an authorized BH Bike dealer. All claims must be made through an authorized BH Bikes dealer. BH products purchased through any channel other than an authorized BH Bikes retailer are not covered by the BH warranty.
Paint and decal finish of your BH Frameset (frame, fork, and seat post when BH branded) are covered under the limited 1 year warranty as outlined below:
1 YEAR Paint and decals:
This warranty applies to 2011 and newer model bicycles and covers only BH branded products. BH Bikes will determine, at its sole discretion whether the claimed paint or decal defect is a legitimate warranty claim or falls within standard acceptable paint and decal tolerances. For those claims deemed warrantable, BH Bikes will repair or replace the frame or part at their sole discretion.
Other parts and Components:
All other original parts or components shall be covered by the stated warranty of the original manufacturer. Any products not specifically included above are hereby omitted.
* Improper assembly
* Improper follow-up maintenance
* Installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the bicycle as sold
* Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect
* Labor charges for part replacement or changeover
This warranty is void in its entirety by any modification of the frame, fork, or components. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item, and said repair or replacement is the sole remedy of the warranty. This warranty applies only to BH bicycles purchased through an authorized dealer or distributor with proof or purchase. Subject to the laws of your jurisdiction which prevail where applicable over the terms of this warranty, BH Bikes shall not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages suffered. This warranty does not cover labor charges for parts changeovers. Any claim against this warranty must be made through an authorized dealer or distributor. Proof of purchase is required to institute the warranty claim process. A bicycle must be registered with BH Bike before a warranty claim may be processed. Claims made outside the country of purchase may be subject to fees and additional restrictions.
